Michael Page have partnered with a key client in the Thames Valley in order to growth their Demand Generation machine. In order to fuel their growth, we are currently recruiting a Marketing Programme Manager to be based from their office in Newbury.

A high growth scale up business based in Newbury, this client is offering a unique proposition to the Market.


The Marketing Programme Manager role will be responsible for the below duties * Focus on the development and implementation, jointly with sales, on pipeline creation and acceleration programs for specific, key targeted accounts and contacts. * Ensure that all marketing programs in plan are at all times aligned with the corporate vision, themes and brand guidelines * Focus on the buyer's journey and selected personas leveraging insights into content and tactic preference by persona mapped to sales stages to deliver the right program and content at the right time * Tailor programmes and messaging to align to prospect, customer and industry-specific initiatives, business objectives or unique challenges. * Collaborate closely with other marketing functions and resources to assist in creating and accelerating pipeline to other accounts from other marketing activities. * Interface with sales to determine sales requirements for prospect engagement, and craft marketing content (adhering to brand guidelines and approved messaging) that supports the sales process as sales interact with key target accounts and all accounts in scope alike. * Design & execute 1:1 marketing to key target accounts * Set up and implement the nurture campaign to create multiple touch points throughout the buying cycle


The Marketing Programme Manager role will look for the below skills: * A strong Background in Technology focused Marketing (Software or Hardware is preferred) * Experience in Setting up and executing integrated campaigns with multiple touch points across a sales cycle * A proven track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously * Experienced in targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns * A proven interest in IT and technology * Ideally, based a commutable distance from Newbury

Job Offer

The role will offer a basic salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 plus benefits and bonuses
