Account Director - Agency
My client a leading Integrated Agency are looking for a an Account Director to join their successful and ever growing Leeds office. With offices around the globe this this is a unique opportunity to work with some world class clients and propel your career. As a Account Director you will be working closely with the senior management team and will be directly responsible for the strategic growth of leading accounts while being able to implement and execute all budgeting plans. They are looking for a creative thinker with a strong background in client services having ideally already worked with large and reputable brands and organisations. Role Responsibilities * A strong leader with the ability to motivate, recruit, train and mentor staff. * Ability to take all financial control across your client accounts specifically forecasting and profitability. * Be able to build great long lasting relationships with clients. * Capable of adding value to clients by demonstrating fresh and creative ideas. * Looking out for all cross sell opportunities to maximise growth of accounts. * Strong at seeking out new business and leading pitches. * Delegate right level of resource across all departments. * Able to offer a consistent level of high service while also ensuring strong profitability and efficiency. Skills and experience needed as an Account Director. * Strong Agency experience demonstrating success with a reputable client base. * Experienced in winning business and pitching. * Commercially astute. * Natural relationship builder. * Great communicator and motivator. * Self driven and reliable. * Ability to challenge and push back on clients. * Strong management and leadership qualities.
