Salary: £30,332 per annum (rising to £31,928 after 12 months) Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Contract: Permanent contract Location: Regent's Wharf, London N1 9RL Closing date: 09:00 Tuesday 23 April 2019 Interviews: Wednesday 1 May 2019

NCVO has over 14,000 members, ranging from small community organisations to large charities and corporate members. This is an exciting time to join our new and expanding Marketing team as we develop new and innovative capabilities and capacity. You'll have an integral role in developing, implementing and evaluating email marketing campaigns, promoting NCVO's products and services to ensure financial and strategic targets are met.

With a proven track record of delivering successful email campaigns, you will design and implement the email channel plan, demonstrating your skills in creating audience journeys, layout and design work, and writing effective copy. You will analyse the effectiveness of the channel and apply a rigorous approach to testing, optimising continually to improve response rates and maximise conversions.

You will also apply your knowledge of best-practice in campaign automation as we develop this approach across our campaigns. You understand the importance of growing our database. You will play a key role in increasing our email signups and designing effective onboarding.

You understand the importance of maintaining data quality in customer relationship management systems and are highly competent in using such data to appropriately segment and target.

With excellent communication skills you develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, members and external agencies. You have an interest in the voluntary sector. Well organised, you effectively manage competing priorities.
