Your new company Your new company is a public sector organisation who are seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager to join their team based in Manchester on a full time, permanent basis. Your new role In your new role, you will be expected to plan, manage and evaluate communications and engagement levels across projects, campaigns and events. You will be responsible for delivering communications activities by coordinating the work of teams across the business including marketing and communications and PR and media relations teams and ensuring effective evaluation to drive improvements for future projects and campaigns. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to further integrate and innovate communications and engagement activity as well as managing internal stakeholder relationships. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you must have prior demonstrable experience in communications and campaign management as well as a proven understanding of strategic planning and engagement. You will have experience in change communications and a good understanding of equality and diversity best practice. Additionally you must have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with being a confident presenter who has the ability to influence and plan and facilitate group projects.
