I'm looking for a Digital Performance Analyst is to support the digital department with channel performance reviews, sales forecasting and reporting / analysis of digital marketing and website activity.

This role will provide actionable recommendations for optimisation of digital marketing activity and future channel development, including day to day monitoring and analysis of channel performance, product merchandising, transactional journeys and content performance.

The Project:

This sits within a brand new team. The team is a very reactive and they are only looking at data in the short term such as a day by day basis. They have a further insights team that works doing deep dives and looking at more longer term data strategy.

Less than 25% of revenue is going through digital channels at the moment and they have had a huge investment into how they are doing business to drive this digital change.

The candidates that come on board will be really key to the transformation project and journey.


* Previous experience of providing performance analysis to digital marketing channels including an understanding of the key metrics that are important to each channel
* Ability to perform deep-dive analysis of website and app journeys, assessing opportunities and issues
* Proven track record of analysis in a digital environment, providing optimisation recommendations to digital marketing and experience teams using analytics tools
* Previous experience in providing post campaign analysis for digital marketing and experience optimisation activity, ideally with Adobe Analytics and Maxymiser
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital reporting and practices
* Experience with marketing channel attribution and budget optimisation would be a plus
* Advanced experience using digital analytics tools, ideally with Adobe Analytics
* Confident to play a key role in supporting the delivery of departmental growth targets with analysis of digital channel, commercial and player data.
* Must be commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, confident with senior management, and the ability to work in a collaborative matrix environment with cross functional teams
