As the Digital Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the management of all digital accounts. You will drive the marketing department's commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement.

Description

As the Digital Performance Marketing Manager your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Drive traffic to and increase sales and brand awareness through the online channel.

* Lead a team of 1/2 and run paid social, display, re-marketing campaigns and affiliate partners.

* Support the Head of Ecommerce to ensure that campaigns / projects time lines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to.

* Ensure we have strong relationships with our agency partners to ensure that our team are getting the best from their expertise and that our campaigns are always fully aligned to strategy.

* Analytical and experience with content performance metrics, can independently track, report, analyse all campaigns and optimise based on results.

* Deliver the best online customer experience across all digital marketing touch points.


Profile

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below skills and attributes:

* Proven track record of delivering work to aconsistently high standard
* Organised with good time-management skills; high attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved
* Adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
* Proactive and willingness to take on multiple tasks
* Ability to work independently
* Hands on PPC experience with solid account structure and optimisation experience.
