CRM EXECUTIVE:

TEMP TO PERM

Are you a hands on CRM Executive looking for a new opportunity? One of the largest global hotel brands is expanding their Customer Experience Marketing team in their South London offices.

About you:

You will be CRM operational led candidate with previous experience working on Adobe Campaign. You will have a strong execution and the ability to work across multiple projects with tight time frames. You will have the ability to be innovative, proactive and work with a resilient attitude. You will need excellent written and spoken English.

About the Role:

The role is reporting into the Director of Customer Experience and assisting the CRM Manager in the execution of all relationship marketing activities across all of the brand identities. You will own the creation of all email and customer communication along with creating retention campaigns, assisting with segmentation that will lead to an increase in customer lifetime value. Other responsibilities include;

* Execute CRM plans across all brands to achieve targeted KPIs in acquisition/enrolment and retention
* Build and deploy all emailing campaigns using Adobe Campaign
* Manage the CRM content calendar based on Brands and Business requirements
* Collaborate with Central teams, and local Customer Experience, eCommerce and Marketing
* Work with Brand Marketing teams to develop required creative and copy
* Develop testing strategies for all aspects of CRM to ensure most effective approach for audience segments and brands, and maximise revenue generated
* Support the CRM Manager in developing personalisation strategies and optimisation & testing plans
* Analyse campaigns performance and share insights and strategic recommendations to the wider business.
* Increase open rates and engagement rates of all customer communications

About the Client:

The client is a well-known hotel brand with the UK base being the leading digital outlook. The role is on an initial period of 3-6 month's day rate before becoming a permanent placement.
