Description

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

*

Support the tailoring and execution of leading category vision & strategy.
*

Manage day to day relationships with prioritised customers to unlock opportunities. Lead & manage accounts (major retailer) and Impulse accounts.
* Deliver recommendations for optimal distribution, range, space & merchandising layouts at point of purchase, for the category by channel aligned with category and customer strategies
*

Analyse, Review and validate key customer commercial activities for the customers category

*

Identification of white space growth opportunities to benefit the Category & Brands. Optimise the growth of Brand Innovation ranges.
*

Category capability development. Support the development of best in class category teams through supporting the new framework.


Profile

The ideal candidate will posess the following:

*

Experience in a category or commercial role, ideally in Impulse channel
* Data agency experience also ideal
*

Ability to manage & prioritise Customer and internal work demands
*

Excellent relationship building & Customer facing ability & skills
* Impactful and effective written and verbal communication skills
*

Ability to influence and challenge thinking and decision making internally & externally
