Hays are currently working in partnership with an international resourcing organisation that provide recruitment services to one of Europe's leading Oil & Gas organisations. This is a temporary role on a 6-12 month contract based in Central London.

Your new role

In your new role you will be part of the Communications & Change Management team supporting the Communications Senior Advisor and Change Manager on the delivery of a variety of projects including Global Resourcing (talent attraction and employer branding) & Internal Communications and Employee Engagement. Internal communications responsibilities will include updating the intranet, copy writing, internal news letters, employee engagement campaigns and other ad hoc projects,

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed it is essential you have experience in the following competencies;


* Copy writing
* Content Creation
* Internal Communications
* Communications to support the recruitment process
* Employer branding
* Marketing, journalism or related degree
* Experience in creative design
* Fluent in Italian or Spanish highly beneficial

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary the equivalent of £30,000 - £34,000.
