A well-established branded Surrey based food business is looking for an Online Account Manager to join its team to manage the Ocado and Amazon accounts. Currently growing at a rapid rate, this business owns several health brands, is in a really exciting place with regard to ecommerce and now requires an experienced online professional to develop and implement joint sales plans to drive growth across the channel. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Lead, drive and develop the pure play e-commerce channel, establishing & managing online relationships with all partners 
  • Budget an online plan for identified key retailers to overlay with wider category plans at a customer level 
  • Execute online brand strategy to capitalise on the role the brands are able to play 
  • Develop, implement, review and maintain customer business plans in line with company targets 
  • Budget management 
  • Negotiate annual and contractual trading agreements 
  • As part of a cross-functional category team, develop and execute effective NPD launch plans 
  • Successfully gain listings/distribution for all NPD launches 
  • Analyse and interpret financial information 
  • Timely and accurate monthly reporting and actions plans 
  • Attend Trade Shows (as required) 

Skills & Experience: 

  • Previous experience of working with either Amazon or Ocado in a consumer (ideally FMCG) business 
  • Demonstrable negotiation and influencing capability 
  • A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally 
  • An ability to analyse financial information 
  • Proactive and drives for results 
  • Flexible and adaptable
