Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the customer acquisition plan, ensuring consistency with the wider commercial plan, brand and company strategy, whilst also driving the best possible customer engagement and experience. You will be a key stakeholder, engaging with all departments across the business both internally and externally to achieve efficient customer growth. You will drive the day to day tactical acquisition plan as well as thinking strategically in relation to future trends and technologies required, as well as customer shopping habits in a digital/multichannel environment. You accountability's will include:

Key Account abilities

* ATL marketing is managed by the Customer and Cultural Marketing team, activation and optimisation of key digital elements of the ATL plan such as YouTube, programmatic display and social display are managed by the Digital Marketing team

* Management of the on-line traffic plan to ensure increased customer traffic and conversion rates

* Reporting and communication of performance to the wider business

* Manage the allocated budget and resources

* Reviewing and shaping marketing plans and daily team priorities in response to performance

* Monitor competitor activities, adjust marketing programmes accordingly where necessary


Profile

The Digital Marketing Manager will ideally display:

* Ability to react at speed to changing business needs, competitive landscape, digital trends and performance metrics

* Commercially astute, numerical, ROI focused and results driven.

* Experience leading and delivering projects

* Experience of leading a successful team

* Ability to drive cross communication

* Passion for customer experience, marketing and technology

* Significant experience in online marketing, retail is desirable but other sectors can be considered. Agency or brand side experience will
