A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing who is ready for a new challenge. Our client who is one of the world's leading providers of professional services for engineering and technology industry is looking for a Head of Marketing to come on board to a newly restructured marketing team.

Reporting directly into a Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for building the marketing strategy and plan to support the growth of their Client Training and Business Improvement products and services. Therefore, the role will suit someone with a proven B2B marketing experience gained within the training industry.

Your role:

* Develop and execute on the marketing strategy and plans that supports training division
* Providing client and market insight to support product, service and client communications
* Segmenting, targeting and positioning their training and BIS services
* Interfacing with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure marketing alignment on lead generation, cross-selling and retention
* Working with the Heads of Marketing for Compliance, Assurance and Area marketing to create impactful and relevant campaigns/client communication programmes

Your profile:

* Proven B2B marketing experience gained within the training industry
* An experience with account based marketing
* Solid digital marketing experience
* Experience of working in a global, culturally diverse matrix organisation is highly desirable
