To support the development and corporate integration of the organisations corporate marketing and communications strategy, and to create and deliver targeted marcomms activity plans in support of the corporate objectives

Client Details

My client is a large not for profit organisation based in Reading


* Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in the development of aspects of the corporate marketing and communications strategy, with a specific focus on event management and the client relationship management strategy
* To identify positioning opportunities for the organisation, thought a thorough understanding of their business development process, and convert those into compelling content for use by the wider marcomms team
* To identify, co-develop and manage the implementation of live events as part of their enhanced client, prospect and influence engagement strategy
* Support the development of the improved client relationship management process through participation in the CRM project and launch and therefore by representing marcomms in the strategic planning, implementation and management of any new approach and system


* Highly developed interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with senior managers, directors, partners, clients and suppliers
* Good writing ability, able to interpret concepts and condense content provided in to lucid and accessible copy
* Demonstrable experience of leading marketing projects and ensuring that deliverable, timescales and budget requirements are met
* Understanding of the role of public affairs in positioning organisations and targeting policy makers
* Understanding and use of CRM packages and CRM processes
