Marketing Manager - Cyber Security

£85k per annum


A leading brand in the insurance market is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to set and lead the agenda for creating and implementing a compelling marketing plan for the brand's cyber security proposition.

The Marketing Manager will play a vital role in specialist insurance brand that has been challenging the norm for over 100 years. This role is a critical marketing leadership position, and involves creating inspiring, award-winning and effective marketing campaigns across all marketing channels including ATL.

You will hunt out great insights and use them to create great marketing briefs, leading and inspiring a passionate and dynamic team to deliver great work and directing and managing agency partners.

About the role:

* Developing and delivering compelling brand strategies, plans and campaigns to attract and retain target customers and drive profitable long-term growth.
* Inspiring and developing a small team to achieve identified plans and perform to the best of their potential.
* Driving creative excellence and encouraging partner creative and media agencies to deliver first class work that delivers results, achieving brand and commercial goals.
* Leveraging customer and market insight to build powerful communications throughout the customer experience and journey.
* Driving brand innovation for your specialist area, and creating customer-centred propositions, working with product, operations and marketing teams to bring to market and deliver business success.
* Managing the marketing budget for your specialist area.
* Understanding business performance and able to explain how marketing has contributed to that performance, recommending any corrective guidance to strategy as required.

About you:

* A consumer driven marketer, you are able to demonstrate having made a positive commercial impact for other brands in consumer-led and FMCG style sectors.
* Commercially creative and takes pleasure in improving business performance.
* A track record in developing and delivering extraordinary advertising for blue-chip brands, setting the pace to external agencies.
* A collaborative, coaching manager, able to demonstrate making a positive difference to the performance of others.
* Broad channel mix exposure, from digital and direct marketing, through to social media, with evidence of having taken risks and learned from the results.
* Experience in uncovering insights to develop powerful marketing strategy.
