As the Senior Account Manager you will spearhead the generation of revenue for this exciting and fast growing Client, focusing on both existing revenue streams and generating new potential.

This is a brilliant chance to work closely with the client and the teams in house to create an exceptional client experience while maximising solution delivery.

  •  Managing high volume, complex email marketing campaigns across EMEA
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with the client to ensure first rate service and client satisfaction is delivered
  • Utilise your project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver effective email campaigns
  • Be the lead in stakeholder meetings and have credibility in email marketing expertise
  • Contribute to the overall strategic account development plan
  • Oversee email campaign implementation and strategies across platforms
  • Work closely with inhouse teams such as campaign management, consultancy, strategy and analytics

For this role, we are looking for someone with exceptional client relationship management experience, managing a portfolio of accounts with a strength of understanding in Digital Marketing solutions.

  • You have indepth knowledge of email marketing and the associated tools and technology
  • You understand and have worked with the creative processes including digital platforms
  • You have experience of large scale email marketing campaign management and can report and analyse results to ensure forward planning of improvements and changes needed
  • You're a great team player with the confidence to lead when required
