Our client is leading the charge in innovative credit card solutions that help customers to be better manage their financial well-being.

We're excited to be working on this newly-created Campaigns Marketing Manager role, based within the wider marketing team and focusing on their full, own-branded product portfolio. As one of the key teams that owns the brand manifesto, the successful person will work in a cross-functional role and gain exposure to teams and stakeholders across the business.

The key focus of this role will be to align marketing and commercial strategy to customer outcomes, bringing campaigns to life from a deliverability perspective. Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop the marketing channels, creative and messaging approach end to end.

There will be plenty of scope to work across the full range of own brands, working with the data and Salesforce team to build out effective customer journeys.

About the role:

* Managing end to end execution of strategic marketing campaigns to grow and deepen credit card holder relationships.
* Owning the full marketing campaign production process alongside data/analytics and creative studio to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
* Collaborating with Salesforce, Commercial and Analytics teams to identify opportunities for "always-on" and trigger based marketing campaigns.
* Providing marketing comms for business projects, including marketing strategy, copy development and production of creative materials.

The successful person:

* You will have a credible marketing background from within regulated services industry, ideally credit cards or consumer banking/financial services, but telecoms and wider B2C services could transfer well.
* Proven multi-channel campaign execution (DM, SMS, email in particular).
* Strong digital marketing skills.
* Has an innate ability to be able to work on both the strategic and implementation aspects of a marketing campaign.
* Has proven experience of marketing automation and CRM - ideally with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
* Evidence of managing marketing campaigns from a hands-on perspective.
* Strong exposure to direct marketing channels and aligning direct campaigns with commercial objectives.
* Able to work proactively and autonomously.
