Michael Page have partnered with the global industry leader in medical device design and manufacturing. they are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to come and join their team in Oxford


Description

The Senior Partnership Manager will be responsible for:

* Acting as a commercial lead on a portfolio of live commercial opportunities in consultation with the contry manager, sales manager and product development colleagues
* provide support and strategic oversight to import commercial capability across key departments to meet contact needs
* oversee and manage upstream commercial development activities to improve understanding of different approaches to commercial tender processes by different organisations
* provide guidance and coaching on commercial aspects of bid development
* Leading development of large budgets and contracts and/or grants involving result or milestone based payments


Profile

For the Senior Partnership Manager, the desired skills set would be as below:



* Proven proposal and budget development experience
* excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present with impact to key high-level stakeholders
* problem solving skills with solid understanding of financial and commercial principles and systems
* post graduate degree in relevant area- desirable
* willingness/ ability to travel internationally
