Job Description

  • Contribute to the development of overall campaign planning to meet acquisition targets
  • End-to-end delivery and performance reporting of agreed marketing campaign activity for both our B2C client and B2B adviser audiences
  • Coordinate the design and production of all campaign elements including creative, and messaging
  • Create clear schedules, updates and reports to ensure campaigns are effectively documented and implemented
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure understanding of their deliverables within any given campaign; ensuring actions are agreed and followed up
  • Formulate pertinent KPIs and objectives at campaign, channel and asset level
  • Provide regular updates/reports on campaign performance and KPIs
  • Based on ongoing understanding of campaign performance, continuously enhance campaigns within a "test & learn" mindset
  • Ensure that the brand identity and brand guidelines are adhered to in all campaign and promotional activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of all content and messaging, regulatory and legal compliance and manage the approval process
  • Ensure compliance of campaigns and campaign assets with any and all regulatory and compliance requirements and guidelines
  • Work closely with content colleagues to ensure content is effectively leveraged for campaign activity as and when appropriate

The Successful Applicant

  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience, in particular good understanding of digital media mix and applications of its various channels
  • Experienced marketing communications professional with a track record and recent experience of delivery of target-driven marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ideally for both B2C and B2B
  • Agile individual with the ability to work in a growing business within a "test & learn" driven environment
  • Demonstrable experience of delivery through internal stakeholders and 3rd parties/agencies for timely and efficient delivery of campaigns and promotional activities
  • Strong project management, and campaign evaluation skills
  • Data and insight led direct experience; demonstrable experience of setting clear and relevant KPIs and objectives across campaign elements and customer journey
  • Strong ability to write effective (agency) briefs and judge creative
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing principles and practice to effectively drive awareness and traffic for both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Sound commercial judgement in overall campaign design with a view to optimise ROI
  • Educated to degree level
  • Financial services experience would be highly advantageous or experience of working in a regulatory environment
