Michael Page are working on an exclusive campaign with an exciting start-up. Our client has a patented proprietary technology which has vast potential across multiple facets including environment, health, well being and agriculture. Our client is on the hunt for a Brand Lead for one of their consumer brands. The role has scope to expand into a wider portfolio of technologies and brands.

Our client is a venture business with significant private investment. The business has been established for 7 years and has a scienfitic foundation which has been laid by a group of researchers from Cambridge University. Our client's proprietary technology introduces an innovative, simple method for encapsulating valuable substances.

Our client has a mission to revolutionise their industry using their innovative solutions whilst having a clear and focused commercial framework to maximise their potential.


Description

The successful candidate will be leading our client's flagship and pathfinder brand. The brand is targeted at both B2B and B2C.

Key internal stakeholders include, Commercial & Operations, Business Development and Leadership teams.

External stakeholders include agencies, manufacturers, partners and trade.

You will be responsible for the production of marketing materials, arranging stock, launching new products and continual EPD & NPD.

You will have commercial ownership of your brand and be responsible for strategy and planning processes.


Profile

Our client is looking for their next entrepreneur and someone who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic and high performance culture. Our client have attracted those with a blue chip background and their competitive offering means that they will attract that person. Key skills and experience will include:

Degree level education or relevant marketing qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands on experience from a sales and marketing background in consumer orFMCG.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence, strong writing skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.



Ability to be accountable and have responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously.



Have the ability to work with colleagues across disciplines, roles and responsibilities and effectively communicate in a fearless leadership culture.
