Really exciting new opportunity for someone with great digital content creation skills to join this much loved coffee house brand.  

The Creative Content Manager will be responsible for creating new content strategies to build brand recognition and drive revenue. You'll be a specialist in the creation of digital media and produce new and compelling content tailored for use across channels. The role requires an in-depth understanding of social media in order to create content that fully optimises our impact. 

 

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage the content strategy that ties in with the brand communications plan

• Develop engaging and innovative brand focussed messages, principally for digital, but also off-line Lead in-house photography, film and editing

• Effectively outsource content through the management of agencies and freelance

• Liaise directly with territories in the localising of assets  

• Develop staff recruitment materials

• Update and maintain all visual website assets through Wordpress  

• Post innovative content across digital channels, ensuring  social media channels are visually optimised 

• Create schedule and calendar plans for content releases, ensuring all content is in line with our ongoing narrative and other brand messaging

• Continuously appraise and improve how creative content can engage audiences using insights to create stories and turning news into relevant topics for our audiences

• Lead and support the Digital Content Coordinator, giving clear direction on planning and activities

• As brand custodian, proactively ensure content produced throughout the company is high quality and within brand guidelines   

• Raise the presence of social media internally, gaining buy-in from employees

• Be an inspiration source for creative ideas across channels, challenging the status quo

Person Specification

• A track record of generating quality, impactful multi-media content for a known consumer brand

• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Lightroom (or similar applications)

• Proficient in all aspects of photography and film making (ideally holds a Media Production qualification)

• Experienced in communications planning and execution, social media management and delivery, including paid strategy and channel optimisation

• Experienced in CMS management - Wordpress

• Strong creative writing and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, organised and passionate

• Natural diplomacy skills

• Team building and interpersonal skills
