Digital Marketing Officer - Charity

Digital Marketing Officer with experience in social media, campaigns, web content, SEO, Web Analytics and copy writing skills.

As a Digital Marketing Officer you will be involved in Implementing SEO, social media, videos, ads etc.-

You will help to build campaigns (Facebook, Google) and help with social media monitoring

* Planning and leading on line campaigns planning strategy and executing year-round television appeals and direct mail campaigns in order to attract charity donors

* Analysing campaign results, writing and sending reports for use by senior management

* Leading the design of marketing collateral within budget and deadlines including leaflets and posters

* Planning and managing mailshots and liaising with mailing house and other key stakeholders in order to achieve objectives

* Playing a key role in PR activities by liaising with national and international press and media agencies and communicating concise and timely information

* Producing and editing videos for use in promotions and donor appeals

* Organising and executing charity events including dinners and other functions in order to raise awareness of the charity

* Provided support to a dynamic marketing department and assisted with the execution of ongoing fundraising campaigns

* Used expertise of Google Analytics to monitor website user data and analyse traffic in order to develop website and assess marketing activities

* Managed Google AdWords activities in order to maximise internet presence and assist with brand exposure and strategy

* Effectively liaised with printers, designers and other key stakeholders in order to achieve personal and company objectives

* Efficiently updated and maintained database in line with company policy

* Managed the organisation's social media accounts in order to drive traffic to the website and engage with potential donors

* You will use the Content Management System to update the website; proofread and edited copy for use online

* Organise photoshoots for marketing activities within budget and to deadlines


You will have a background in the following

A strong background in copy writing especially on-line content. A tract record in digital marketing, web content and copy writing Previous experience of working with multiple stakeholder Ideally you would have worked within the public sector or not for profit organisation

You would have worked as a Digital Marketing Officer and been involved in all areas of digital marketing, social media, campaign planning and web contact writing.

* Worked with a number of stakeholders internally and external of the organisation

* Developed dynamic copy- publishing and measuring content across social and media channels

* Involved in producing, editing content of video's as well managing various marketing campaigns

* Helped to Publish and optimise content for social media channels, analysing effectiveness and reporting on performance.

* Managing various projects across the organisations
