Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing overall digital marketing strategy

Market leading education and training group. They run schools, further education and work-based training across Berkshire and Oxfordshire


The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the below duties:

* Devise strategies to drive online traffic to our group websites which result in our digital and organisational objectives

* Track data, such as conversion rates, traffic etc. using analytic tools in order to recommend and make improvements to the website and digital campaigns

* Develop, deliver and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilising a range of skills and techniques including paid search, SEO, email and social media

* Oversee the social media strategy for the company

* Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

* Continuously improve owned digital channels through the usability, design, content and brand identity

* Responsible for the budgetary planning and control of digital marketing spend

* Evaluate market research, competitor data and new technology to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and our sector

* Line management of a growing digital team


For the Digital Marketing Manager role, the desired skills set would be as below:

* Experience managing PPC and SEO programmes

* Strong understanding of digital marketing

* strategy and execution as well as best practice

* previous experience in a similar role

* Experience in a fast-moving sector or agency would be beneficial but not essential

* Understanding of the education sector

* Line management experience either of direct reports or as part of a consultancy or agency
