This highly regarded and innovative creative agency that specialise in brand experience across fit-out, pop-ups and interiors for UK and international retail & hospitality brands are looking for a Head of Projects, to join their team.


  • In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of Project Managers & Designers, leading them across the successful delivery of projects
  • In addition to managing a team, you will lead on winning new business, on-boarding new clients and then overseeing their creative briefs through production, installation and sign off
  • At this Senior level, you'll still muck in to sourcing materials, liaising with suppliers, setting up and managing production schedules, through to monitoring budgets
  • You'll build exceptionally trusted relationships with your clients, advising them on project timelines & developments and opportunities for development
  • As a Senior member of the team, you'll inspire the team around you to always work to best practice, sharing your experience and knowledge of the industry, delegating appropriately and investing in your team's professional progression
  • Working closely with, and reporting into, the Managing Director, you will take responsibility over your client's budgets and financial forecasting

Required Experience;

  • Experience working in a similar creative agency in a project management capacity, familiar with branding, retail design and installations
  • Experience project managing food & beverage fit-out and/or hospitality interiors is essential
  • You will have worked in a Senior position before, experienced and familiar with managing teams and varying skillsets
  • Whilst you'll be creative at heart, you'll have a strong business acumen and be able to support the business on an operational level
