As the fastest growing brand in its category our client is out performing the market, winning awards and disrupting the market with best in class marketing campaigns and amazing innovation! The next few years have some incredibly exciting plans in place and will require a high calibre Revenue Growth Manager to set the direction and guiding principles behind the commercial decision making process.

As the Revenue Growth Manager you will work cross functionally with commercial and brand marketing teams to optimise the commercial plans with a view to delivering long term, sustainable growth. You will develop strategic plans that grow business whilst balancing profit & share performance by making appropriate recommendations and managing execution through the commercial team. Success will require the combination of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and commercial acumen while working with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Shopper & Category Insights as well as external research and consultancy partners.

The ideal candidate will have a breadth of commercial experience to include National Account Management and either category or marketing. You will be a lynch pin in the commercial function with the ability to review complex data and identify key issues and opportunities across a wide range of data sources. You will be skilled at making clear recommendations to optimise or course correct the commercial plan and will have a flair for turning complex data into a simple solution and communicating this effectively across multiple stakeholders. You will need to have excellent commercial acumen so time served in a commercial role will be hugely beneficial to understanding the impact your decisions may have on P&L. You will be highly numerate, blending deep analytical capability with the ability to build relationships and influence internal stakeholders to deliver a winning commercial strategy,
