Your new company
A new role for bilingual (French & English) Head of Marketing for an international Gaming/Lottery company has arisen. Based in West London with infrequent international travel to Africa. This company is forward thinking with both its people and marketing at the heart of its business. Passionate about development and new ideas, this is an opportunity for a B2C Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing with fluency both written and verbal in French and English to establish themselves in an ambitious organisation.

Your new role
The role itself is a B2C retail Head of Marketing position, looking for someone with a mix of both strategic and operational marketing capabilities. Ideally from a retail or gaming background and essentially fluency in French. Although based in London, you will be responsible for the marketing in Africa (with travel 2 or 3 times a year), you will be required to influence international stakeholders and ensure that marketing campaigns are running internationally and that local international stakeholders are bought in to the marketing strategy and adhering to it. You will conduct detailed market and industry research in the specific countries and liaise with the product managers to make any required adjustments to the product or campaign. You will be responsible for the project management of all marketing campaigns, identifying and creating the strategy and ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with the local bread and tailored to local customers. You will be responsible for creating the CSR programmes and camp. You will be focused on ROI and working closely with commercial analysts to review sales figures and ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns on sales performance as well as reviewing budgets and planning annual investments. You will need to work closely with the ops department to ensure the relevant product training programmes have been rolled out across the sales teams. You will be responsible for managing the marketing team of 5 - 10.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an expert in B2C marketing and be a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing from a gaming or retail background. You will be fluent in both English and French, be experienced in managing staff and be skilled in creating innovative and engaging direct marketing campaigns. This is an international roles so similar experience is also required, ideally within Africa and preferably across multiple sites. You will have excellent project management skills and experience in growing ROI and strong analytical skills. Occasional travel to Africa will be required. This role will be based in London but can be based in Paris for the right candidate.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £60k - £80k dependant on experience and work within their stunning West London offices. Excellent bonus package inclusive of a generous holiday allowance.
