With the Managing Director in West London, this candidate will deliver brand equity, brand experience and campaigns TTL - with the ambition to build a strong subscription and membership to future proof new channels the business in the UK, and then internationally.

The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for;

Supporting the management of the marketing budget

Creating and coordinating marketing calendar of activity including ad-hoc Projects

Creating and coordinating marketing calendar of Direct Marketing Campaigns aimed at recruiting and retaining customers!

Collaborating with wider business to devise and launch campaigns based new and existing services

Building the link between the digital and customer

Collaborating with the Managing Director to target key partners, initiating strategies to increase our industry presence

Managing the relationship with the Communications/Public Relations agency

Supporting the Communications Team to develop social media strategy to build community and engagement


Described as "fertile ground for the right marketer" - I am seeking both a blue sky thinker alongside a committed marketer focused on ROI achievement.

Ideally, you will have a background in membership, subscription, acquisition and retention marketing; with ambitions to drive a successful legacy.

Further success factors for this Marketing Manager will be;

A working knowledge of Building, managing and measuring both online and offline response driven marketing campaigns

A working knowledge of CRM systems from within Consumer, FMCG, Membership or Subscription

Strong ability to work under pressure, work independently, and manage multiple projects

Experience in building and presenting marketing/social content strategies
