An innovative, forward-thinking online business based in Southport is searching for a true Digital Marketing Expert who has extensive experience of digital marketing both creatively and developing inbound lead generation marketing strategies.
You will report into the Managing Director, who is passionate about digital marketing and is looking for someone who matches the teams enthusiasm and drive!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will partner with the MD and executive team to continue to develop lead generation marketing strategies and execution. Responsibilities will be focused on generating qualified leads, demand creation, digital marketing, communications, and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities include:
Managing & delivering strategic marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (digital, website, print, email campaigns, social media channels, PR, Case studies, PPC etc.)
Tracking ROI for inbound enquiries through their state-of-the-art CRM system to inform and create future profitable strategies.
Owning the sales funnel and driving pipeline growth utilising targeted marketing campaigns and analysis (ROI)
Performing relevant market research to identify new opportunities and markets.
Ongoing development and administration of the company website and new channels to drive high-quality lead generation.
Content management and distribution to support engagement in-line with core strategy.
Monitor and control references to the company brand online to ensure messages are consistent with their brand guidelines.
A superior and demonstrable understanding of the latest approaches to marketing & its measurement.
A commitment to driving ongoing innovation and an industry leading online presence.
Work as a conduit between marketing and the data measurement team to understand online performance and use findings as a catalyst for ongoing improvement
Assisting in other associated business requirements to support the wider team/business

Key Skills:
This is a standalone Digital Marketing Manager vacancy and you must adopt a hands-on, integrated approach to all aspects of marketing both digital and offline.
Being able to write edgy, engaging content and bring it to life is fundamental for this role!
You enjoy brainstorming to come up with new ideas, creative campaigns, wider income channels across both digital and offline strategies.
Ability to operate at pace, often delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Must have extensive experience working in a digital marketing role within an online or consumer focused business.
You will be able to demonstrate success in building best-in-class marketing campaigns and understand basic SEO principles, google adwords and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent oral / written communication skills and the ability to engage consistently with a mix of audiences.
Demonstrating success and taking responsibility for actions
A commitment to achieving the highest standards and observing best practice
Self-motivated, confident, well organised and energetic team player.
A good knowledge of the following packages/systems would be advantageous…
MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suites, HTML (basic), Google AdWords, Automation tools, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, CRM systems.
Company Benefits
Salary up to £40k (depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus
Pension scheme (5% employer contribution)
Hours: Mon-Friday 9-5.30pm
