Operations Manager for Boutique Architecture Practice

They are looking for a confident and self motivated individual to join their team. As operations manager they will be at the heart of the practice, expected to take the lead in a broad range of duties. Responsible for all HR, financial and the day to day operations of the practice they will need to be comfortable with juggling multiple projects at a time. The successful candidate will also be expected to carry out business analysis reports so it is important that they are confident with numbers and are detail orientated.

Strategic Planning & Business Development

* Support the Director and Associates as a key manager to develop and deliver the business plan
* Carry out project reporting and financial analysis using our reporting software to best represent the practice's financial activity
* Work with the architectural team to monitor job progress using the time monitoring and project reporting software to review, monitor and adjust project's financial progress at key project stages

* Proven knowledge and experience of managing HR/managing people
* Proven knowledge and experience of managing business finances
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Report writing skills and experience in delivering presentations
* Exceptional time management. A flexible and pro-active attitude
* A genuine interest in architecture and the built environment
