My client is a leading consumer leisure business operating a world-wide service. With over 50 years' history, they are a big brand name looking to consistently improve their customer attraction and service offering. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract available for applications.

Your new role
As the Digital Acquisition Executive you will be successfully implement the direct marketing strategy across the digital channels including Paid Search, Display, Affiliates and SEO to deliver quality web and call leads for UK and Ireland. You will be working with the Brand teams to ensure all tactical communications are aligned to the Brand positioning, managing design and media agencies to ensure campaigns are clearly communicated and digital media plans are developed in line with campaign objectives.

You will hold overall responsibility for ensuring digital media activity across all channels is accurate and activated on time to increase awareness and ultimately drive quality traffic to the websites and convert. This will include the optimisation of Paid Search activity to ensure consistent presence across strategic keywords, testing Ad copy, bid placements and landing pages to drive traffic and reduce cost per acquisition. You will also develop and manage the day to day relationship with the SEO agency to fulfil optimisation needs for improving Google's ranking and authority on the website thereby increasing organic traffic. Finally, you will grow the digital Display activity through prospecting, remodelling and retargeting to generate more quality leads across target audiences, increasing brand presence and online conversion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in managing PPC, SEO and Display activity, experience of Affiliate marketing, and reviewing websites and understanding user journeys. You will also use your experience of using web analytic tools (preferably Adobe Omniture) to analyse data and inform digital media planning, as well as your experience in managing and working with agencies.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits - and have the opportunity to work with a well-known, leading brand.
