Due to the fast growth of the online channel we have an exciting opportunity for a data driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our passionate, high-performing and close-knit team. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider Ecommerce and Marketing team you will help drive our Digital Marketing strategy across our paid media and SEO channels as we embark upon our next phase of growth.

Paid Media

  • Assist HOE with setting and review of topline and monthly Paid Search and Paid Social KPI targets including spend budgets, cost per order, AOV and ROI
  • Support Digital marketing agency with Google Shopping/open internet PLAs in terms of liaising with all revenant parties to maintain/optimise product feed, ensure optimal images and content
  • Liaise with wider teams with regards to ensure timely delivery of planned required creative content and copy used within Paid Media adverts and landing pages and reactive revisions where required
  • Account management including reporting, analysis and invoices for Google Ads, Facebook Business, Instagram, Pinterest, Bing, Rakuten Linkshare along with any new future accounts
  • Check online 3rd party/wholesale stockist listings across paid media looking out for conflicts/ promotions that would negatively impact our own listings and brand


  • Overseeing SEO implementation across the department
  • Actioning SEO admin tasks as suggested by Digital Marketing agency and 3rd party projects
  • Working alongside the Social & PR manager successfully deliver and analyse the Digital Marketing agency's SEO-Press campaigns
  • Key contact linking Digital marketing agency's SEO product strategy to our product offering in terms option width, depth, new areas of focus, reducing areas of focus and seasonal variances
  • Setting SEO product keywords, item names, Meta data and enriched product image names

General Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing agency, Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing to optimise delivery of new customer acquisition and retention strategy via all Paid Media and SEO channels
  • Work as an internal champion of integrated marketing, regularly communicating with all departments around the business to maximise the value of all activity
  • Work closely with Social & PR manager to drive forward Affiliates and Referral programme by providing all required reports, data and insights to maintain current and acquire new avenues
  • Management of GetCandid social sharing platform including approving images, tagging and optimising sales
  • Responsible for identifying industry best practice across paid digital marketing and SEO


  • Site content management including uploading homepages, banners, wider content, url linking and testing and creating landing pages for newsletters, paid media and non-paid channels
  • Key Ecommerce stakeholder for product images and assist teams with photography critical path
  • Produce weekly, monthly, seasonal reports and adhoc analysis as required
  • Regular site, listing and landing page checks to ensure they are optimised for conversion
  • Ensure Google Analytics data/reports and other systems reconcile back as expected
  • Provide cover for Ecommerce team during holidays and absences and support during busy periods
  • Actively participate and contribute during weekly Ecommerce & Marketing team meetings
  • Regular market analysis constantly keeping a track of competitor listings, rankings and initiatives
  • Support B2C/B2B Seasonal range launches from a digital marketing and product image perspective
  • Manage gift cards and promotions working closely with Email & CRM manager
  • Feefo customer reviews data management
  • Responsibility for Get the Look items
  • Help with delivery of international expansion projects and initiatives
  • Support improvements to website, new functionality, upgrades and new projects

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Educated to degree level
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar Digital Marketing role
  • Experience managing paid digital marketing activity and accounts
  • Understanding of Google shopping feeds, with related developer experience an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Have a solid understanding of Google ad word campaigns, analytics, current digital trends, paid social and Facebook ads etc. as well as being able to accurately measure results
  • Exceptionally data driven with a high level of Excel proficiency and overall technical ability
  • Analytical and numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills along with a high level of confidence to deal with external partners and key internal stakeholders
  • Desire and ability to work well within a small team while building strong relationships with other business functions is essential
  • Passionate, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a constantly growing and evolving department, close-knit team and ambitious company
  • Experience of Magento 2 an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to think commercially with a strong affinity for product
  • Interest in sustainable/ethical clothing, fashion or retail
