A leading international legal practice with a truly global presence requires a Marketing Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to join its Legal Services Consultancy during an exciting time of expansion and growth.

The role holder will report to the UK and Asia Pacific Managing Directors jointly, and whilst the preference is for an appointment in London, for a very strong candidate it could also be based in one of the firm's Asia Pacific locations. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities, for both talent and client audiences, across four markets. At present this is the sole dedicated marketing role in the organisation, but as the organisation matures the marketing skillset is becoming increasingly important and both the scale of ambition and volume of activity are growing substantially. The remit of this role ranges from top-quality execution, to campaign design and delivery, to advancing the underlying marketing strategy and toolkit. It also includes ownership of the brand, website, channel strategies, messaging and curating, creating or commissioning content. The execution elements of the role include sustaining broad market visibility in the talent and client markets, key account business development, particularly in the financial services sector, and developing and delivering campaigns to a new client sector.

The successful candidate will be a bright graduate with strong experience in the execution of marketing and communications strategy, within an exceptionally high quality professional services environment, management consultancy or other premium organisation. The role would suit someone with outstanding execution experience across a wide variety of areas including campaigns, events and brand. The Marketing Manager must possess outstanding organisational and communication skills and an engaging and sophisticated writing style. In addition you will be adaptable, resilient, collaborative, have a track record building strong and sustainable internal and external relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition candidates should possess very strong channel management skills, experience working with marketing automation platforms and be enthusiastic about being part of a young, dynamic business.
