This is a great opportunity for an experienced client engagement specialist to join an agile and progressive international law firm to drive the firm's client development programme and embed best practice in business development across the firm.

The Client Engagement Manager will working closely with the Head of Client Engagement to development and implement the client development programme. Sharing best practice through internal communication channels and stakeholder engagement forums, the successful applicant will work with Client Relationship partners and CRM teams to the review CRM budgets and forecast, monitor and achieve individual account revenue targets budgets. You will develop and implement client plans and identify market opportunities, working with fee earners to develop and sell new products and services and work with Sector BD teams on the development of accounts within their sector, promoting the effective use of the CRM database to support the management and growth of client accounts, ensuring the firm leverages opportunities to share client intelligence and manage opportunities across teams. You will also work alongside the Client Listening team on the application of client listening results to grow and secure client relationships. It will be your responsibility to develop sales and BD tools to promote the cross selling of key products and services and to work with the Client Executive and Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and development of client engagement tools and templates. In addition, the role holder will be expected to assist in the development and delivery of a sales and business development training programme, liaising with the Learning & Development Team to review content, analyse feedback, and drive change.

The chosen candidate will have a good academic background or equivalent with previous experience of managing client accounts and client programmes within a professional services firm. The Client Engagement Manager must also have proven experience implementing change programmes and delivering business development training and a demonstrable track record of creating and delivering complex projects. A self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and who possesses outstanding communication skills, it is essential you are highly credible with the ability to influence, challenge and coach colleagues.
