Excellent Communications Manager role working for a leading real estate company


Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest property development and investment companies in the United Kingdom. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index, with its headquarters based in London. This company is rapidly growing and is looking to expand their Corporate Affairs and Sustainability department.

Your new role
You will be working in the communications team, supporting the Head of communications on creating a positive awareness of the company's corporate purpose. You will also be planning and implementing a strong PR strategy in support of specific business initiatives. You will also be responsible for attaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external). You will also work with the broader Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team to develop and create ideas.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, it is essential you have experience in the following competencies;


* 3-4 years PR/External Communications- agency or in house.
* Senior stakeholder engagement
* Experience working with Property or Real Estate businesses
* A strong team work ethic

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experienced enough and confident to deal with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
* Good knowledge of the appropriate use of multiple communications channels

* Proven organisation and planning
* Problem analysis and problem-solving
* Ability to work and influence at senior level
