Head of Digital
A boutique consultancy is looking for a Head of Digital to join its fast-growing digital marketing agency.
Managing a team of 6, you will head up their digital function. They offer their clients social media management across all content, GDPR, personalisation, automation and video.

HEAD OF DIGITAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility of new customer acquisition whilst maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results both for the company's clients and for the company itself.
- Providing strategy and direction for all channels of marketing: Social Media, Landing pages, Videography and LinkedIn Lead Generation
- Tracking delivery of all clients accounts on a monthly basis
- Being involved in some service delivery for clients
- Creative Direction
- Training current team members and improving performance.
- Supervision of staff including appraisals, and providing guidance as needed.
- New business, attending new business meetings, networking events and hitting targets
HEAD OF DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in working in full service marketing agency
- Strong hands-on experience across marketing channels: Social Media, videography, partnerships, LinkedIn, landing pages.
- Existing experience working within the Professional Services or Financial sectors (desriable)
- Good knowledge within the service portfolio
- Understanding of current effective marketing techniques.
- Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Proven business development record
