I’m working on a fantastic new analytical position for a well-established consumer brand, based out of their impressive Manchester offices.

This role requires someone great with numbers, but someone equally adept at making the figures “make sense” to a non-technical audience, as you’ll be presenting back to a range of stakeholders of all levels. This is a senior position in the team, with line management responsibility, so it presents a great opportunity for an experienced analyst to make that next step in their career.

This role will include:-

-          Sales forecasting
-          Working on pricing strategy
-          Post-campaign and promotion analysis
-          Producing reports at different intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, annually), both accurately and on time
-          Turning analysis into insight - you’ll love telling a story through the numbers!
-          Working with the wider team to identify wants of enhancing sales opportunities, based on past/forecasted sales
-          Coaching and developing a junior member of the team

It goes without saying that you’ll be highly numerate, but you must be an excellent communicator, too! You’ll be an Excel whizz, who’s not afraid of large data sets (you love a pivot table!). You’ll have VBA skills and will be calm under pressure.
