A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Product who is ready for a new challenge. Our client who is one of the world's leading providers of professional services for engineering and technology industry is looking for a Head of Product to come on board and lead a growing team of product managers.



Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will be customer focused and commercially astute, with a background spanning the end to end product lifecycle (new product development, in-life product management and product go to market) and a passion for clients. Leadership capabilities to inspire and influence their own team and to build close relationships with stakeholders across the business are crucial to be successful within this position.



Your role:



* Lead and evolve the product marketing team to ensure they are strategic leaders within the business
* Define and articulate end to end product/portfolio strategy in line with wider business strategy
* Initiate & support new developments in line with strategy and innovation process
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer experience is optimised and product/service delivery models provide customers with the best possible experience
* Create, where possible, an end to end digital customer journey, including provisioning, monitoring & feedback options
* Run productive, results driven customer forums/engagements with power users to identify new opportunities and capture improvement actions



Your profile:



* Solid product management experience with formal product management techniques, tools, and principles involved in planning and delivering new products and services
* Proven ability to develop and delivery compelling investment cases and long-term business strategies
* Solid understanding of marketing and go to market principles and customer-focused messaging creation
* Extensive experience in an agile, matrix-based working environment.
* Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire teams (direct reports and peers)
