The Head of Marketing role will lead a close knit team as they continue to define themselves in a competitive market space. They are well known, with a great reputation and are looking to capitalise on this to advance their market share.

Client Details

The client is a consumer facing brand offering a range of great products that are well recognised. They have a focus on health and well-being. The business is international, with a great opportunity in the UK.


The role will include the following:
Drive creative ideas and create engaging narrative
Analyse campaigns using test and learn processes across a range of channels to minimise CPA and drive leads
Work closely with sales team to ensure quality of leads and follow ups
Work closely with a range of senior stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is commercially aligned with wider business goals
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategy to ensure optimum use of budget
Manage third party agencies
Manage and develop marketing team members


The ideal candidate for this London based Head of Marketing role will possess the following:
Be degree educated, with a min. 2:1
Have extensive consumer marketing experience, particularly in acquisition
Have an interest/passion for health and well being
Take an analytical and commercial approach to marketing - ROI, CPA etc.
Be creative in ideas for building a unique brand/messaging within a competitive industry
Have excellent stakeholder management skills
Have worked closely with a sales team
