Our client is a top advertising agency in the heart of soho. They are looking for a versatile resource manager who can manage complex and competing priorities, with strong creative sensibilities and an understanding of design, creative tech & UX, direct, digital advertising and experience design. They will be extremely proficient in time management, have exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.  A key member of a small resource team they will work closely with the design and UX leads, and will be the contact that connects the direct and digital creative/design department for the rest of the agency.

THE ROLE                                                                                                                                             



  • The role will be managing and planning all work through specialists within the UX, Direct creative and design departments.
  • Implementing and utilising processes to liberate creativity
  • Chairing weekly status meetings and managing work schedules
  • Creating monthly forecasts to ensure best practices of planning
  • Resourcing freelance requirements when required and sorting paperwork/finance accordingly
  • Overseeing jobs and making sure they are on track, on time and budget
  • Ensuring all briefs are signed off by the CDs before going into creative/design
  • Guide casting decisions to ensure the right skillset is tasked against each project
  • Creating an environment that allows creativity to flourish and maximises opportunities

  • Extensive experience as a Resource Manager or Project Manager within an agency
  • Solid understanding of print and digital media and experience design with proven experience working with and delivering content from press, outdoor, email and html banners and, ideally, interactive design.
  • Experience of multi­channel communications management
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good a understanding of Apple Macs and Google drive
  • An overall understanding of agency process, good commercial experience, sound production knowledge, solid financial management
  • Experience of analytical tools advantageous
