A classical marketing manager position, with a global FMCG brand. Offering the opportunity to make an impact on a brand and product in a high-flying category.

Client Details

A global business, with a growing FMCG brand, who have plans and ambitions to move into new markets during 2019 and beyond.

They are based in the West Midlands, and enjoy a fun and flexible working environment.


Key responsibilities will be

Lead the Marketing Team to develop and achieve brand goals, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with the brand strategy.

Be the overall owner and oversee the development and implementation of the marketing activity plans, identifying and using every opportunity to increase sales and create brand awareness.

Be a key member of the Leadership Team, actively participating and contributing to the overall company strategy development and execution.


We are looking for someone alittle bit special. Someone who has operated in an entreperneurial environment, worked with smaller challenger brands, and been successful in the grocery channels.

On a skills level, you will need to have brand and product management experience, in a brand which was present in grocery. On a personal level, you will need to be comfortable managing a team, leading from the front.

Ideally you will have picked up a brand, worked with a team and translated the strategy into something market-winning.

Job Offer

In terms of remuneration - competitve salary is on offer, with a bonus. From a personal persepctive this is an opportunity to own a consumer brand, and drive its growth in mass market/grocery.
