This Not for Profit and Charities organisation are looking to recruit a Digital Analyst to join their exciting and growing team. The Digital Analyst main purpose of the role would be:

Supporting the agile development team in gaining confidence in decoding analytics and using them as part of drive for focused delivery targets on a wide variety of different online products

Description

The Digital Analyst key responisbilites are as follows:

* Digital analysis provides insight on current and potential supporters to enable a better understanding of our audiences.





* Proactively engage with projects and activities, providing practical insight to support decision making.





* Evaluations and recommendations made around digital activities, including general monitoring and brand, fundraising, and campaigning.





* Providing regular and succinct reports, working with stakeholders to identify KPIs and trends to monitor. Dashboards developed on a regular basis for teams to access the data and analyse themselves. Digital analytics KPIs across the board, segmentation, measurement plan, supporting testing strategy / approaches - what and how.





* Work alongside others in PDI to combine learnings and insight from the wide range of projects and activities the team undertakes; sharing and outreach and show and tells.





* Identify, share and drive A/B and multivariate testing reporting and analysis. Driving forward optimisation through trends, analysis, research and make recommendations to the digital teams to take forward.





* Training and development, supporting the digital teams to have an understanding / able to access data themselves. Championing digital analytics.


Profile

It essential that the Digital Analyst has experience in CRM, Google Analytics, Power BI, Javascript, Tag Management and Web Analytics.
