We are looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join a media agency to create animations and video content for advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and mobile app networks. You will also be involved in other design projects including updates and changes to the company website and branding projects.

Junior Digital Designer - £23,000-£25,000 - London

Our client helps mobile app and game developers maximise the performance of their advertising campaigns.
Their team of analysts analyse and optimise client campaigns daily, ensuring that the campaign performance is as good as it possibly can be. Creative plays a huge part in this process and they have an iterative, data-driven approach to creative, so they can see from the data what performs and what doesn't and can use these insights when briefing clients and producing their own creative.

They are seeking a talented and passionate all-rounder with a focus on motion graphics. It's an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the company, working alongside the founders and campaigns team to deliver an outstanding service and excellent performance for their clients.
You'll work on a variety of ad campaigns, from zombie-games to food delivery to retail and much more. Your work will be seen by tens of millions of people around the world each month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Involvement throughout the creative process
- Working with analysts to come up with new creative ideas
- Storyboarding concepts
- Production of video ads using Adobe After Effects
- Production of static ads using Adobe Photoshop
- Briefing and working alongside our clients existing design teams/agencies
- Editing existing creatives for use on other platforms

- Design of company website
- Branding
- Project Management of creative work
- Videography/Photography

Essential skills & experience
- Genuine interest in the digital advertising industry
- A strong portfolio or show-reel
- The ability to come up with fresh concepts and turn them into storyboards and then final assets
- A keen user of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc).
- Excellent skills in Adobe After Effects/Photoshop
- Focused and highly organised
- Methodical and inquisitive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Able to interact effectively with both clients and other team members
