This is a new opportunity to join the growing EMEA division of this successful Financial Services business as their Event Coordinator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Client Details

Our client are a Global Investment business with a rapidly expanding European division, they are looking to add to their Events and Marketing team with the recruitment of an Event Coordinator.


Reporting to the Event Manager but also supporting a number of Marketing Managers across key countries in EMEA with a diverse programme of events, you will take responsibility for the following:

* Plan and execute pan European events ranging from trade shows and seminars through to 3rd party sponsorship events & activation.
* Support the Event Manager across key flagship events
* Manage and plan event logistics in addition to working on event marketing
* Work with the relationship management team to understand event objectives
* Attend events and act as day to day support during events even if not attending
* All event evaluation, reporting and recommendations for improvements.


The candidate that secures this exciting Event Coordinator position will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

* Proven track record & passion for 'corporate' event management
* Knowledge of Financial Services will be an advantage
* A 'can-do' attitude and a problem solver who remains calm under pressure
* Excellent at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Has worked with diverse groups ideally with some EMEA experience
* Can deliver to deadline and within budget
* Happy to travel where required
* Available at short notice
