Description
Job Purpose:
PR Marketing Executive will undertake marketing projects for the benefit of the company. You will be highly involved in a variety of tasks and mainly be responsible for writing, organising and managing content, and assisting with campaigns.
Major Responsibilities
* Content
* Creation and responsibility of content marketing with the team reporting to you
* Updating and uploading content onto the blog and assistance with website improvements
* Promotion of content via various channels such as Social Media, Events and External Partners
* Responsible for social media including copywriting, campaign management and scheduling
* Assist with the production of marketing materials
* Creating and liaising with other members of the team to create engaging video content
* Liaise with external agencies to create engaging content
* Liaising with external agencies and suppliers
* Coordinating effort with external agencies such as PR, SEO, Web Design, Telemarketing etc
* Liaise with content providers and industry experts to assist with blogs/whitepapers/knowledge notes
* Monitoring media coverage and reporting results to other stakeholders
* Direct Mail
* Assist in organising strategic email campaigns
* Plan, organise and create content for email campaigns such as Newsletters and Automation Campaigns etc
Additional areas of involvement
* Web Design & SEO
* Assisting with on-page optimisation
* Analysing goals and monitoring website performance
* Implementing, promoting and adding content to a user forum
* Events
* Coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to help organise events
* Creating specific content for bespoke events within multiple industries
* Liaising with the Companies teams
* Working with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to assist in creating bespoke reports
* Coordinating with the Support Team with materials and content
* Assisting the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders on a variety of smaller tasks
Other duties
We would expect a suitable candidate to be flexible and support other aspects of marketing and the wider business including but not limited to supporting our clients or contributing to a product direction.
Profile
The Successful PR Marketing Executive will:
Required Experience

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Energetic & self-motivated with a strong team ethic
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation
* Able to quickly forge relationships with suppliers and partners
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time whilst paying attention to details
* Excellent IT skills and passionate about technology
* Clean and valid driving licence
* Need to be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable Experience
* Educated to degree level or similar
* Previous experience working as part of a marketing team or PR agency
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
* Understanding of website development, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
* Experienced with different design tools
Experience and Qualifications:
We are ideally looking for an individual who is a graduate or has work experience in either procurement, public relations, marketing or software.

Salary: £18k-£24k per annum with OTE
