One of the world's most reputable designers of high-end bathroom ware is looking for a sales manager to run its team here in London. You will be required to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading the sales team and designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base. You will also ensure the company's strong market presence and coach, support and mentor your team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing clients to actively promote specifications across their whole range of products.
  • Drive sales and be an ambassador for the brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing / new clients.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience within sales in the A+D space.
  • Engaging, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong, developed network of architects, designers and specifiers.
  • Well-formed understanding of the specification process.
