Client Details



* Own and provide leadership to develop and continually improve the Member journey and touch points, seeding in the right content, product, communications and calls to action to drive optimal experience and satisfaction.
* Partner with the Professional Development and Networks teams, to contribute towards the development of the global Academic partner and acquisitions strategy.
* Partner with regional and in-market colleagues to co-develop and contribute to the roll out of local acquisition and retention programmes and tactics.
* Partner with the Marketing department to oversee and manage the development, planning and execution of acquisition, prospect conversion and retention campaigns, programmes and initiatives.
* Define and drive the development and delivery of new and innovative propositions, platforms and services to improve the effectiveness of the student value proposition.
* Responsible for Student Member insights, reporting and key metrics including: Develop and implement a global ROI and attribution model to enable accurate and consistent reporting on student member campaign performance, return on investment (ROI) and customer lifetime value (CLV) metrics.
* Manage the Student Member acquisition & progression budget.


* Commercially minded, preferably with experience in Marketing subscriptions
* Experience developing Markeing Communications strategies

Highly numerate/analytical with proven ability to interpret data and construct written reports

Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insight, knowledge and analysis into actions plans; and translate ideas into action
