A critical role within our client's membership team, the Head of Supporter Marketing will lead the strategy for a range of fundraising communications in order to develop long term relationships with supporters.

Description

As the Head of Supporter Marketing, the successful candidate will:

* Lead on key strategy for a range of fundraising communications and products with the aim of developing and maintaining supporter relationships
* Inspire and motivate your team, building key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders


Profile

As the Head of Supporter Marketing, the successful candidate will:

* Have a strong background in direct marketing
* Have previous experience of managing large, complex budgets, with an analytical mind
* Have a track record of developing growth strategies and delivering them through a team
* Have experience of managing teams
* Have an understanding of magazines and/or membership publications (desirable)
