A Brand Manager role working on a multi-national beauty brand focusing on launching NPD and strengthening position in the market. The role is based in Hertfordshire.

Client Details

A great opportunity has arisen to join a well-established FMCG beauty organisation. Our client is a multinational beauty brand sold in 130 different countries across the globe. They are one of the UKs leading competitors for cosmetics and are sold in major high street retailers and pharmacies. They are rapidly growing year on year and are looking for a new Brand Manager that is ready to take on a challenge and develop their career within beauty. The team is based in Hertfordshire.


* Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will be in charge of the Management of all/some skincare product ranges.

* Develop and implement operational marketing strategy for the product/s they manage

* Responsible for the management of those product lines in the local market including the launch of new products and ranges

* Manage the agencies and ensure agreed deadlines, and KPIs.

* Study competitors to find out place in market, campaigns and their results

* Provide all materials needed to support the PR/social media launch of any new products - agreeing key messages to measure ROI on each campaign

* Budget management

* Working with the sales team on forecast

* Ensure key consumer messaging is communicated to trade and digital teams for all round consistency in launch materials.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in FMCG marketing ideally some Brand Management experience. Working within the beauty / luxury product sector is ideal

Job Offer

A salary of £35k-£45k is on offer depending on experience plus company benefits
