The role of Marketing Executive will help the team to drive LTV by maximising the use of multi-channel content. The role is a new addition to the team and you will be given plenty of ownership to make things happen.

They give people a platform to make a real difference in the organisation and welcome and open culture of ideas. They have a main office in central London.


The London based role of Marketing Executive includes the following responsibilities:
Analyse customer data to decipher effective segmentation
Utilise a test and learn approach to campaigns
Propose ideas for new ways to engage with existing customers
Produce content that is customer centric and highly topical
Ensure customers are taken on a 'brand journey' and tone of voice is consistent across all platforms
Report campaign performance across the full mix of channels
Work with customer service team to ensure all relevant issues can be addressed in improving the customer experience


The successful candidate will possess the following:
Have a Consumer Marketing background, ideally within Financial Services - other regulated industries also fine
Have a strong understanding of marketing across the full mix of channels, with CRM/Segmentation knowledge
Specific retention marketing experience is a plus
Have excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging written content
Have a passion for customer-centric propositions and ethical investments
