Description

Interpreting the findings in order to provide category rationale for new listings and NPD, in order to increase the Company's sales and product distribution.

Project management of new and existing pipeline projects.

Development of existing and new product innovation.Assist in identifying & carrying out feasibility studies on new range and product opportunities.

Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on gap analysis, new product opportunities, range performance and promotional activities.

Interpreting the findings in order to provide category rationale for new listings and NPD, in order to increase the Company's sales and product distribution.

Use customer EPOS data to identify lost sale opportunities and provide feedback on ongoing sales performance.

Support the senior commercial team with customer and supplier-related issues, including bench-marking, sales performance reviews and recommending brand and customer marketing support programmes.


Profile

The company is now looking to build upon this success with the appointment of a bright, self-starting Category & Product Management Product manager.

The ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels both within the business and with customers.

Energetic, enthusiastic and self-reliant, with working knowledge of EPOS data, AC Nielsen or TNS. .

Previous experience of category management, product management or customer marketing / sales within the FMCG sector

Exposure to Product or Customer marketing programmes & initiatives

The ability to work cooperatively & intelligently with the senior team

A flexible and creative working approach with the ability to execute multiple projects.
