Working as an Events Executive for this leading global body you will be responsible for producing and delivering events for the company, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Providing event management as well as advice and support to the key stakeholders will also be a key responsibility.

Complete with a strong educational background you will have experience setting out budgets and be experienced with end-to-end management of events, this is a must! Demonstrable experience of managing outsourced suppliers and high profile events is also desirable.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Working with third parties to identify further opportunities in reaching target audiences
* Support the internal communications programme
* Administration of the events team database
* Supporting stand management and collateral distribution
